Laurent brings more than 30 years of experience as a strategy consultant. As a Senior Partner at BCG, he lead the health practice for Europe. He loves teaching and mentoring, and inspiring his younger team members to strive for excellence with a humanist approach

Hind Guedira

Associate Partner & Education Director

Hind joined Do Well Do Good after being a consultant at Bain & Company and completing the On Purpose program. She has a dual role: leading our consulting “Inclusive Jobs and Education” practice, and driving our education program targeted at talents from underprivileged backgrounds

Susan Kayonde

Associate Partner & Africa Director

After many years working on industrialization policies in Africa at the World Bank, she joined Do Well Do Good to lead our education and consulting activities in Africa. She manages our offices in Togo and Ivory Coast, and will soon open a third office in Rwanda. Susan teaches leadership.

Pierre Catuli

Associate Partner

Pierre has been a strategy consultant for 10 years, including at BCG (another one, hence maybe our green logo!). He leads our work on construction and has advised many of our public sector clients. He is passionate about public policy and politics and he regularly contributes to our Education programs in France and Africa

Cécile Maurisset

Associate Partner

Cécile started her career at McKinsey and then worked in technology prior to joining Do Well Do Good. She leads our work on circular economy and has advised many of our clients in the mobility and energy sectors. She is passionate about geopolitics and also supports our Education programs as a coach

Maëla Gozan

Country Head Togo & Côte d’Ivoire

Maëla started at Do Well Do Good as a program manager. She has gradually climbed the ranks to become the country head in Togo, and she now manages our office in Ivory Coast. She has a passion for education and is often nicknamed ‘Mama Maëla’ by her students in Togo.

Nishanth Parlapalli

Project Lead

Nishanth is a graduate from IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad, where his inclination towards Do Well Do Good developed into setting up and scaling up mentorship programs. He spent 10+ years in strategy consulting with BCG and KPMG and is building Do Well Do Good’s India and Africa consulting and education practices

Pierre Supau

Project Lead

Pierre co-founded and managed a small factory during 3 years, and spent 3 other years as a strategy consultant at McKinsey. He is passionate about climate-related topics, and regularly contributes to our Education programs

Joël Baroan

Senior Advisor Côte d’Ivoire

After a career in the banking sector and then in the public sector, Joël joined us as a senior advisor tasked with expanding the presence of Do Well Do Good in Ivory Coast. He is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in Africa.

Debosmita Bhowmick

Future Leaders Program Head

Debosmita obtained her master’s degree in social sciences from TISS, Mumbai, and worked for major diplomatic missions in India to promote higher education programs, thus creating global networks of knowledge, partnerships, and student exchanges. She is supported by an exceptional team who share her passion for teamwork.
