Training is an important element of the ShARE experience. At each career level,4-6 online training sessions are delivered and end with a test to ensure that skills have been acquired.
Training materials have been developed by ShARE-Alumni who worked in strategy consulting firms.
ShARE members submit their research online. Their Network manager and president will then review and validate it.
Members can also check what other members are working and get ideas from them.
All outputs are stored and can be accessed online.
The member access informs our member about their training deadline, output submission deadline and other milestones of their career.
At the end of the semester, the president and the network president assess the performance of their members online.
Members can then check online the feedback of their assessment.
Every year more than 2000 knowledge twitts and 1000 knowledge video are posted on the member access.
When a member learns something, he posts and shares it. That's how ShARE works.
